What owners ask

Does the system keep track of free rooms?

Not yet. You confirm a request only when you have room, so occupancy stays your call. Syncing with Booking.com or Airbnb is not available yet.

Why direct bookings if I am on Booking.com?

Portals take a commission on every booking. A guest who finds you on Google can send the request straight to you, and you pay a fixed $19 a month however many bookings come in.

What if I do not get to a request in time?

After 12 hours we remind you that it is waiting. If it is still unconfirmed on the arrival day, it lapses and the guest gets an apologetic e-mail.

I already have a website. Can I use just the bookings?

Yes. The booking page has its own address, so you can link to it from your website, from Instagram and from your Google profile. Or connect the new website to your own domain instead of the old one.

How much does it cost?

The website is free, forever. Bookings cost $19 a month and the first 7 days are free. We take no commission on bookings and nothing is added on top.
